Question:

Whats a good routine to build my triceps and biceps?

Please also add a little detail like not just push-ups, but more. and a number of pushups or a time for how long to do pushups may be helpful ;)

Also a little diet help may help me, like what sort of vitamins and food to take in Also i kind of dont want to use weights, just do arm excercises.

  1. Push-ups are very good. But most people think of the simple ones, but there are many different types of push-ups that work different parts of your upper body. Wide, Regular, Diamond, Feet elevated, one-handed, all of these work different parts of the chest/arms. And you will find yourself using muscles you didn't even know you had.  


  2. I'd suggest triangle push-ups and chair dips. do 3 sets of as many triangle push-ups as you can in good form, then switch to chair dips for 3 sets of as many as you can do in good form. go slowly. pull-ups are good for biceps.

    I'd suggest Whey protein if you are on a normal weight traning routine. Also, one a day for men and fish oil are good dietary supplements.
