Hello. I tend to buy my singles off of eBay, because my mom assists me in selling the cards I do not need through her eBay account. Just be sure to read the fine print before every purchase and read the person's profile to make sure he/she has a solid reputation. Examine each page THOROUGHLY, as some people pull scams by putting text on the page that is very difficult to read without zooming in close.

Well i wouldnt say "Cheap" but BBtoys.com goes by retail price! And they have everything! Want cards from a Tourny pack, Go for it! I just bought 3 Millenium Shields! Trust me on this dude it may go for what the card is worth but its worth it!
