Whats a good site to find phone numbers of people out of state?

I found a lost relitive on ancestry.com and would like to contact them to see if they really are related. I found his number on whitepages.com but they want me to sign up and pay something. Any good sites where i can find this out for free?

If the site requests a fee, that means the number is unlisted.  I would just go ahead and pay the fee and the time you will save will be worth it.
