Whats a good smudge free eyeliner (pencil)in drug stores

Question

I usually get MAC but no one will take me to the mall so I was thinking I could pick something up from a drugstore.....

any kind of eyeliner that will not smudge will do

A good eyeliner to use is Deborah milano kajal eyeliner. I bough it abroad in north africa where i'm from but there they sell all make up so am sure it will be in a shop in the uk or wherever you live. Also in any halal meat shops they sell this really good arabian eyeliner doesnt smudge even wen swimming good luck :D let me know how your get on
