inflated ones are good. haha just kdding. i've always liked adidas soccer balls. i dunno the cost though, so they may not be in your budget...

i think the adidas world cup 06 teamgeist replicas are good for under 30 dollars. It has tight seams and barely visible needle hole. it is more bouncy than average, which means it flies a little farther kicked and is easier to juggle with. Whether this is preferable to a more traditional ball varies from person to person, but It is one of my favorite cheap soccer balls.
