There's thousands, they're called ballads (or just lovesongs). Here's a site (below) that specializes in them (though not all are stellar):

"If You Leave Me Now" by Chicago (Peter Cetera) is especially good. If you're a bit of  goof you could use "I Think I Love You" by The Partridge Family.

Or seriously anything by Barry White. Girls love Barry White!
