  2. Mazda Miata.

Don't laugh... They are some of the most widely renowned sports cars in the world. There are tons of races only involving Miatas. Straight from the factory they are cheap to maintain, sporty (two door convertible), have great handling, quick (due to the fact that they are light), and look pretty good too. If you check cars.com I'm sure you could find one in your price range.

  3. Saturn Sky... my goodness it is a thing of beauty

  4. If you win the lottery, go for the best-

A Ford GT-40 that has a racing history.

If you don't want to spend that kind of money, then one of the Saleen sports cars (no not the Mustang ones, the real sports cars).

Of course the newer Ford GT's are nice.

Now if you want a down to earth choice a Miata, not because you are a girl, but because you aspire to drive a sports car.

I hate it when some talk about girl cars and manly cars. My wife and I drive a Miata, and she can out drive those "Manly' cars most of the time. Those she can't I can.

  5. FORD PINTO =D lol

  6. Hyundai Tiburon GT

    Porsche 911 Carerra 4

    Audi TT Quattro

    Something FWD or AWD.

RWD is very slippery in rain and impossible to drive in snow. Dangerous for people who do ot have a racing drivers license.

  7. 1970 dark blue Monte Carlo =]

  8. corvette

  9. I'd say go with a Mazda Miata. They are sporty, can be a convertable, handle very well, and get decent gas milage.

TAlso, to get some experience in driving the car to it's limits, take a driving school. You can also add aftermarket items to improve the cars handeling even more if you want.

With gas continuing to rise - stay with a 4 cyl engine. Also, see if the car you want can be rented as well. Drive it for a week to make sure it's really what you want.

You win the lottery - the sky's the limit on a sports car !
