Whats a good surfboard for beginners?

i started last year and im still having trouble getting my balance .. whats a good surfboard/ type of surfboard for me to buy? thanks :)

get a big fat long board

and to work on your balance

get an indo board

and if you dont feel like paying for one of those

if you have an old skateboard

take the trucks up and fill a coke bottle with water and

there you go a free home made indo board.

go to craigslist and look at some long boards.

long board, it's like a little boat but it makes things a little easier in the beginning and they are easier to stand on.
