Whats a good thank you gift for people in the wedding party?

I need gift ideas to say thank you for two people in my wedding party...one guy and one girl...what can i give them that is equal? and i want to avoid the traditional jewelry/flask thing

by cards did you mean gift cards?? because one from victoria secret would be so great! but i suppose your wanting to get a little more personal. find out what they are into. concert tickets would be a great idea. try and think out of the box & find out what they like. good luck!

For my suggestion maybe treat them an alfresco midday meal and then off to a health spa for a 1,2 or 3 hour session with a tea, coffee, drinks or a cake, snacks or light meal included.

Give the girl a personalized bag with a personalized coffee mug and a candle inside. Give the guy a personalized shot glass. Dont forget the heartfelt thank you cards!

I would take them to dinner somewhere nice at some point after the wedding.  

Giving someone gifts they most likely will not use is impractical!  If all else fails, give a gift card to somewhere they like to shop.

We gave our bridal attendants personalized gifts. The girls all got earrings, necklaces to wear in the wedding and then a pewter compact purse mirror with their monogram and our wedding date engraved on it.

The guys got cuff links to wear and engraved pocket knives with their initals on one side and our wedding date on the other side.

Yes, the jewelry & flask thing is definitely OLD!  My husband still has a flask in his drawer from like 6 years ago that he never used!  Try this site http://www.aweddingfavorite.com  They have some really unique & fresh ideas.

I know with my BM's I gave them a pamper pack from Lush. Does the guy like sports? Maybe something to "pamper" him, like a round of golf at a nice course if he plays.
