  1. i bought a 2006 hyundai elentra.

i wanted a vw bug but they were too expensive and hard to find used.

my car is not the nicest and pretty basic but it is good on gas and i can afford to get a new car after my freshman year in college.

in high school, everyone gets a used car unless you live in a really expensive/high end town. at my school, most people are excited just to drive.

  2. i love my VW, but i have to tell yoU DO NOT BUY A USED AUDI OR VW. They're horrible when it comes to maintenance

, which is why people skip out on them!

    Bad maintenance=Bad Reliability

    Bad Reliability + Audi= A bankrupt 17 year old.

Try looking into a newer VW Jetta- Its built off the same platform, but you can buy a much newer one for 15k.

  3. A little advice from an older and wiser person...Stay away from Audis. Pay  cash for your car instead of making payments... Yea you'll get a lesser car, but you'll be better off in the long run..

    Trust me

  4. def. a truck or suv, that way if they accedently hit a curb they wont get stuck, they will just plow threw it

  5. I have to agree. Used honda civics, toyota prius, or toyota camry. Does not have to be new. Think smart with gas prices and insurance. They are all 4 door cars with great gas mileage. Good Luck

  6. honda civic. don't get a nice (expensive) car until you're at least 25, when insurance rates go way down
