Whats a good video camera (Camcorder) i can get for $250 and LESS.?

I mainly want it so i can make videos and put them on youtube. I need one thats not super small and comes with memory that doesnt require a tape. And it needs to come with a cord so i can easily transfer movies.

I think canon and sony cameras are good to try.

personally i like Canon PowerShot SD870 IS Digital Camera...the lowest price for it is $225.
