Not sure if you are asking what movies that were shot it Korea or the storyline was based on Vietnam war.

A movie that has been very popular currently in Korea is "The Host" (a/k/a "Gwoemul") that is comedy, action, adventure and sci-fi.  It is estimated that it has been seen by 20% of the Korean population.  It had some comedy, some drama a lot of action and very realistic looking creature, but was a bit hard to follow in places.
