  1. liposuction,...

  2. diet

    work out

    run

    do something

  3. Quit eating so d**n much.

  4. cutting down on sugar and carbs will help alot.. Youre still growing and need a good balanced diet with lots of protein from meat and dairy products, and lots of fruits and vegetables... If you cut down or completely eliminate bread, pasta, rice and potatoes, and anything with processed sugar in it, you'll lose weight safely.. Combine that with lots of physical activity and you'll do great!

  5. When I was eight, I was overweight, too.Not 60-70 lbs, but 10.This is what I did, and it took me a whole freaking summer to do it, too:

1.I ran a mile on an eliptical machine whe I started, then slowly increased my distance.

2.I tried something called cracked wheat, it's horrible, but healthy.Oh, and try Quaker Oatmeal, it's delicious if you don't take regular flavor.

3.I took soccer as my sport, let me tell ya: a MAJOR factor in losing weight, and it was fun!

And that's how I lost 10 pounds being just 8.

I love jogging now, I do 3 miles everyday, if I don't do it one day, my whole day is ruined, it's my new addiction, I'm even taking 3 sports this year!

  6. You have to do it slowly, don't rush yourself otherwise you will get board and quit. it's ok to eat junk food lets say once in a weak, but one junk food meal a day is not. go on a diet and stick to it and try to exercise 3 times a weak. don't kill yourself on cardio machines just go gradually.

    good luck

  7. Your ONLY beverages should be water and skim or soy milk. I would go with the skim. I suppose if you must go with 2% do it, but NO pop, coffee, or even juice. I don't care what they do to make it sound like the juice is so good for you, it has too much sugar.

Next, replace your more junky foods, like chips or donuts, with more nutrient dense foods like fruits or vegetables. One trick I really like is that you are going to eat what is most convenient. keep a bunch of individually packed bags of carrot sticks (or another fruit or vegetable) in the fridge. When you're hungry, you'll be more likely to just grab a bag outta the fridge and start munching. Make other foods less convenient.

I heard somewhere that there was a study that showed that the most effective exercise for women to lose weight is to run. Sorry, don't have a source for that, but I heard it in a phys ed class. Start with just once or twice a week. But build up to three or four.

Most importantly, keep your eyes on the prize!

  8. I know that this isn't the magic pill sort of answer but I would say that diet and exercise is the way to go.  One thing I have found helpful is to get a friend to do this with you.  They can be somewhat of a motivational support system.

One thing I try to do also is to eat what I want but eat small portions.  This has worked for me in the past.  It is hard to get used to at first but once you do, it is quite easy to follow.  Smaller meals, more frequently.

I have read some good reviews on Alli also.  You could give that a try and it would give you a little extra motivation to stay away from fatty foots.  ;o)

    Good luck!

  9. hire a trainer and go on a healthy diet

  10. Go to www.sparkpeople.com.  It's a good place to start.  It also wouldn't hurt to talk to your doctor for ideas.  Ask your parents if you can get a gym membership and if they say yes, get a trainer (he/she will show you how to do exercises correctly and help you form a plan that will not only help you lose wight safely, but maintain it).  If going to a gym is not an option, get involved in a high energy sport, like soccer or basketball, or get on your bike or walk instead of driving.  Also talk to your parents and ask them for their support, they may even want to join you on your lifestyle change.  The most important thing is to be healthy... don't bother with pills, crash diets, or just simply stop eating... you're still growing and you need the proper nutrition.  One more thing: your weight doesn't determine your self-worth.  Be confident, be happy, and love yourself as you are.

  11. The best way is a low-calorie diet with lots of fiber, particularly soluble fiber, and a good exercise regimen. The fastest way is to cut off a leg, but don't do that because it hurts... like, a LOT.

  12. Just take it slow dont stop eating just fix your eating habbits

You need to control your portions not taking to much.

also start some excersize start jogging for 5 minutes and then a little more every day work your way up. go on a 30 minute walk. find a sport you like to do for fun

write down the calories that you eat so you can make ajustments everyday

    and stick to it !

drink water ! no more pop maybe a diet pop every now and then but drink lots of water. plus no calories in water so more food =]

good luck and let me know how it goes !

  13. That's a tall order for someone who is only 14 years old. If you are really serious about this, go on line and find out as much about nutrition as you possibly can. Its the best way for you to understand why its so important to eat healthy. There are also many many books on nutrition. There is some book out there that will help you lose weight. Remember to take it slowly and not get discouraged. Start by drinking less soda or changing what you eat for breakfast. This is how I did it and it took me about 15 months to break all my bad habits. I started losing weight afterwards and then started exercising. I lost 86lbs and all in all, it took me 3 years but I have kept the weight off and have developed good eating habits that will last a lifetime. Good Luck.........

  14. exercise and lots of it
