  1. drink tons of water and get a blackhead face wash...try oxy wash...it works great for me

  2. Try using Nature's Cure. You can by it at places like Walmart or Target or any drug store should have it, too.  It has acne cream as well as little tablets that you take every day.  They are safe to take (sort of like vitamins) and if you use both the cream and the tablets, it will control the acne from the inside out. The cream will help clear up what's already there, as well as preventing new pimples from forming. The tablets will help balance the chemicals in your body from stress and hormones so that these things won't cause more breakouts.

You can also try using Neutrogena Acne Stress Control foaming wash. It will help reduce the number of breakouts caused from stress.

Good luck! I hope it works!

  3. Use a good daily skin care routine.

  5. cheeks are hormone pimples usually...given the fact you just had a baby that's what it's from. just keep a good skin care routine and be consistant. give it time and consistancy and your skin will go back to normal

  6. drink LOADS of water and dont eatany fatty/salty/sugary foods....the theyll stop. also keep hair and bedclothes off your face and dont touch your face

  7. just give it time...your hormones are all crazy at this point from having the baby,  just give it time =)

  8. 1) get loads of sleep

    2) do not eat fatty foods

    3) exfoliate regularly

    4) get into a daily anti-acne skin care routine (complete with a purifying wash, toner, and repair lotion)

    5) drink water and take a vitamin

    6) refrain from touching your face with your hands and picking at your face (or popping your zits) cause this spreads bacteria

    7) if these solutions dont work, see your doctor because there are prescription meds that work from the inside, with hormone balancing, etc
