Whats a good way to get blood out of a carpet?

i was letting my pet goat suck on my nipple and he bit it, and now theres blood all over the carpet

My favorite product in the whole world is the Home Depot product Zep 505.  It cleans EVERYTHING from ceiling to walls to carpet and everything in between.  Used it against Grease Lightning. My boss wanted to buy GL so I bought the 505 and it worked so well in the nasty commercial job we completed my boss has sworn to use the product for everything.  

I just cleaned crushed in Black eye shadow from the beige carpet my 17 year old left when she moved out.  I also cleaned dried blood from a pillow case using this as a pretreat for my laundry.  I saturate the spot with 505 and let it dry whether it be carpet or clothing.  Then I spay it again just before laundering/carpet cleaning. It has worked every single time for me.

1st...you're weird.

2nd...peroxide...careful though it might bleach the carpet...try it in a closet first.

I went into labor on our boat and had blood all over the place (there were problems) and the EMS folks told my husband to use peroxide to get it out and it worked great...you have to do it sooner than later though.

What you need is baby blood, that will get that right out. go get urself a nice 3-5 year old and kill him over the carpet, it is the best thing, will always work

try peroxide if it's a light colored carpet or a dry foam shampoo for any color, rub in a circular motion to get all sides of the carpet fiber, , but next time your getting freakish with your goat, try doing it in the barn.

Use any good brand of liquid clothes detergent.  Dampen the corner of a towel or washcloth, put some of the liquid detergent on the spot and then apply the elbow grease.  Rinse and repeat until the spot is gone.
