  1. I know everyone is saying that there is no way of getting rid of them but I swear by Bio Oil. It helps improve the appearance of stretch marks, scars and uneven skin tone. I put it on mine every night and they disappeared within a couple of weeks! And the same goes for people I know. Please try it, it really works. Cocoa butter also works, but not as well as bio oil does. Good luck x

  2. you can't...creams, lotions etc...do not work - stretched skin is exactly that - stretched..... but, it does fade into silver lines which are hardly noticeable...after a while.

  3. Surgery would be the only way to get rid of them... They are there permanently... I have them because i used to be severely over weight... My friend recommended that i apply cocoa butter on my stomach every morning and night and it will help fade them a bit but not disappear forever... And my mom said that once you lose weight and get a tan then they will be less noticeable... So i guess you should just get a tan and apply cocoa butter every morning and night...

  4. If the marks aren't white-ish yet, cocoa or shea butter can help a little bit...

But once you have had them for long enough, there is nothing you can do.

  5. There is a lot of stretch mark treatment available on the market these days. Some treatments are more effective in fading or even eliminating stretch marks, but the success of the treatment depends on a few different things. First of all is the color and age of the stretch marks. If they have faded to a flesh color they are much harder to heal. Second of all, ethnicity and heredity play a role in which creams, oils and other products or equipment will succeed in healing stretch marks.

The cheapest stretch mark treatment available is creams made especially for stretch marks. The most effective creams contain ingredients such as cocoa butter, lanolin and wheat germ oil. These creams actually heal and rebuild the damaged skin. While they may not be able to completely eliminate stretch marks, they may at least make the stretch marks fade to a barely visible scar. A good recommendation will be Palmer Cocoa Butter Cream.

Another popular & effective cream that you might wish to consider is Strivectin. It has a bioactive topical formula that has a combination of skin firming agents to reduce visible wrinkles and make skin appear firmer

  6. Nothing :(

People have suggested coco butter or bio oil but they don't really work...they do fade in time though or you could just get surgery I guess.

    Good luck!

  7. other than surgery, nothing.
