Whats a good way to improve stamina without actually running?

  1. no easy way out, just run, jump rope, bike, or jog


  2. ride a bike, jog, walk, eliptical machine...

  3. Try low squat sprints. Get in a low squat position, start bouncing on both feet then step out like a sprint or lunge alternating legs forward and back as fast as possible. Do this for a minute and you will really feel it.

  4. you can weight lift which will get your endurance up. You couild also bike ride, swim, and jump rope. But the most effective way of getting stamina would be just to run.

  5. how bad do you want to win? if its running your training for, then i would suggest running. do whatever you are training for and work hard; dont try to take the easy way out.
