Question:

Whats a good way to loose weight? with not going outside much ^^?

i only eat like 700 calories a day and at night i do sit ups and push as well as in the morning and every1 day i do 1 more of each so what should i do inside to try and loose weight.....i know its gonna be hard cause I'm inside but i need to i weigh 194 pounds and how many calories do i burn a day just for being alive thanks for whoever gives me a good,right answer

Well you could try to walk like a mile everyday, or you could not eat junk food. but u still gotta eat, but u should try light foods, like salads, lean chicken, and drink juices, or everyday instead of push ups and site ups, you should do exercises everyday..it may take sum time, but don't give up :)

  9. working out inside and outside are pretty much the same as long as you're getting a good work out.  i took a nutrition class last semester and the teacher is a personal trainer and in very good shape so he should know what he's talking about.  if you really want to lose fat then you need to do both exercises that actually work your body out as well as eating healthy.  one of the main things you should look for in the foods that you eat is the amount of protein that is in them.  the more protein, the better.  if you can you should try to find a whey protein powder.  they come flavorless and you can mix them into any drink and get a whole lot of protein easily.  also, your body is most able to break up carbs in the morning when you wake up, and after a good work out.  so if you want to eat some bread or potatoes then that would be the best time to do it.  and don't waste your time doing hundreds of sit ups .  the best exercises for your core are squats and planks.  do these, along with some other exercises, at your full intensity for not even 10 minutes and that will be an excellent work out for you.
