  1. right diet, 20min/day cardio workout (at least) for fat burning

    push ups, bench press for muscle building


  2. Cardio and good eating habits are the only way. Don't focus on weights until you lose that fat tissue in the peck area. Just jog or do an eliptical. Do cardio for an hour a day.
