Whats a good way to make ure hands not set on fire when dealn with fire?

im thinking of going on brits got tallent and settin drum sticks on fire... whats a good way to not make my hands get burnt?

....don't touch the flame? People who mess with fire like that are just good enough at what they do that they'll never even come close to the flame and get burned. Of course, the chance is always there.
