  1. Yea, it's getting hard to feed your family, not to mention put gas in the car just to get to the store.

$126 to feed 5 people doesn't sound too bad to me. I spend that every 2 weeks to feed 3 of us. But I guess you might spend that amount every week, not every 2 weeks.   :)

Anyway, here's a website that I print coupons from all the time. They have a lot of them.

  2. Kraft.com, Smartsource.com, coupons.com, and there are many more. The best way to save money is with a plan. Buy a Sunday paper for the coupons or find a friend to give you some. Join yahoo groups for trading coupons and see if your wish list can be filled. You will need the coupons that you will use so you can save money. Try to shop at stores that double or triple your coupons. It will save the most money. If you have a Save-A-Lot or Aldi's, shop there too. Generic is sometimes no different and saves lots of money. Sam's Club or Costco can save you money if you can store things in bulk or freeze lots of food (saves electric to have freezer full too). Good Luck!

  3. refundcents.com is a great way to learn how to save money.  It is worth the little cost. (probably the website you heard about on TV).  This webite will teach you EVERYTHING you need to know about saving money.  Printable coupons sites: couponbug.com, couponloop.com, coupons.com, eatbetteramerica.com, pillsbury.com, smartsource.com.  Save coupons from sunday paper and match up with sales from your local paper. Utilize rebate program at Walgreens and Rite Aid.  CVS has extracare rewards and extra care bucks.  Join coupons groups on yahoo.  Hope this helps you.
