There are many sites for downloading things!

Tracks and Scenarios:

I can't remember what site I saw this on, but I saw somewhere a whole pack to download that was like downloading an expansion pack, except it was user-created, and featured custom scenery.  If you want to try and find it, I think it was something "project."
