Whats a good website to make/order a collage?

I'm going to college in a few days and I'd like to make a collage of my favorite pictures. I used Picasa2 and uploaded my 24 pictures to Snapfish. Now, I LOVE how Snapfish created the collage (the layout & style), but I can't control the order of the pictures at all, which is unacceptable. Does anyone know a comparable site that will let me make a collage to my liking AND order it?

When I was looking for ways to make collages, I couldn't find any websites that would let me do it MY way, all the way.

So I ended up getting Fotofusion, which I adore.

I now make my collage exactly the way I want it, then simply have it printed.
