Ok so on myspace i see people pics with added text and arrows n otha effects....how do u do that??? If anyone could help n give me a website that does that it would help......thx

people don't use websites for that they use photoshop

you can download it off of torrents if you look for it

edit: problem with the second posters links is that you can do all of that in ms paint and it's quicker in ms paint

photoshop looks a LOT better
