  1. Quacker Blanc

  2. A good Gewurztraminer is light and sweet.  Will go great with any poultry

  3. I'm not sure what you mean.

    Are you dating a duck?

If so try "That's a pretty set of feathers that you're wearing!" or "I like what you did with your beak (bill)."

Don't say anything about her shoes, though. I made that mistake once and then she told me she wasn't wearing any shoes.  They were her feet.

The more wine you feed her , the more suseptable she will be toward your advances.

The wine choice is up to you but if you are having a meat dish you might try a red wine, instead.

    .....

    ...Oh, you mean "complEment"!

See how important proper spelling is?

  4. Go with a buttery Chard.  Louis Latour makes a great one for about $18(US) a bottle.

  5. On the label:Steltzner Vineyards 2004 Claret.

    Price: $17.99.

Varietal: 65 percent cabernet sauvignon, 22 percent cabernet franc and 13 percent merlot.

Where it's from: Napa Valley's Stags Leap District.

Style: This beauty has an aroma of dark cherry nectar and flavors of chocolate, black currants, black raspberry, spices and a black cherry finish.

Pairings: Try this with duck, grilled steak, stew or a veal roast.

Why it's a buy: This is a classic Bordeaux-style wine with an American accent. It is rich in flavor, with surprisingly little tannin and delicious chocolate berry flavors. Tasting it blind, I guessed it to be a wine in the $25-$30 range; selling for what it does puts it in the best-buy field.

    Distributor: 55 Degrees.

  6. Any one that speaks duck!!

  7. blue nun!

  8. santa margarita pinot grigio

  9. Red wine goes better with Duck.

    Try a Beaujolais.

If you really want white wine go with a Pinot Grigio.

  10. Well you will need a light crisp fruity white to compliment the duck,i would suggest a South African or Australian white, preferably a Chardonnay.Wolf Blass chardonnay or Arniston Bay from any good supermarket for about £6,serve well chilled......enjoy.
