Whats a good why to get a fat stomach and lose like maybe 25 pounds in a Healthy way?

Ok I'm (please don't laugh or make fun of me i beg of you) I'm 12 im 5'7" (yes i know I'm very tall) and i weight 150 lbs nd I'm chubby i wanna get a flat stomach and lose at least 25 pounds Fast but in a very healthy way with no diet pills or 5 hours of excrise and things like that so if u have any tips or websites that can help with this please tell cause i really want to lose wieght!!!

  1. Sorry to tell you, but it will take some time and exercise. Here are 4 tips you should do:

    1) Eat right. A proper diet is 80% of the battle. Eliminate all junk and processed foods, as well as sugars. Eat more fruits, veggies, complex carbs (i.e. pasta, rice, whole grain), and protein.

    2). Do cardio exercises 2-3 days per week. You should be doing about 30-60 minutes per session, and can either swim, run, jog, bike, or do some other high-intensity cardio exercises.

    3) Weight lift. Work on you upper body, as well as your lower body. I know this sounds silly, but if you focus on those areas 1 day per week, you'll se some fat come off your body as you body converts it to muscle.

    4) Do crunches. They help flatten your tummy and show your abs. Try regular, reverse, leg lift, right and left, right and left iso, and other forms of crunches.  


  2. I don't really think you're fat. It's hard to say for sure but I think you're just a paranoid teenager. Please don't turn anorexic.
