Whats a good work out for football WR

Im 14 and playing freshmen football. I have practice with the teams off session and need a home work out after practice, and when its a day off. So i will take anything at helps my speed, agility, and my route running.

  1. RUN


  2. run a lot of sprints for endurance. do heavy squats they improve speed.  try to recreate the agility drills you do during practice and if you can meet up with the qb you can run some routes that will help him to.  

  3. throw a tennis ball at a wall fast

  4. running with resistance bands or have someone throw a frisbee way past your limit but keep trying to catch it before it lands
