  1. I had to look up what this "boxer muscle" is, and this is even when I am a boxer/boxing trainer myself. You don't need to build up those individual muscles, I suggest jump roping to improve your footwork and hand speed coordination, weight-lifting occasionally. To really work your "boxer's muscle", shadowbox at full speed and get used to the twisting of the hips with your punches, this will automatically work the "boxer's muscle"

  2. If you want to work out that muscle, I'd recommend going with pull ups and lots of them. If you want to develop that muscle because you want to box, well... you need to do a lot more! Check out the site I reference for building boxing power.

  3. start punching the heavy bag. you don't need to do extra workouts for this it will grow and get stronger as you punch more and more. go to a boxing gym and you will get lots of practice and learn a whole lot. On some of the days when you don't box you should do some general exercise. for fitness and nutrition go to crossfit.com/ but also make sure that you have at least one rest day a week or two if needed. If you don't have time to rest your muscles you won't heal and if you don't heal you won't get stronger and only get injured
