There's no such thing as a great, tested detox method (unless you're talking about detox from drugs or alcohol, but I'm guessing that's not what you're asking about).  The idea that our bodies are filled with toxins that need to be purged with a special diet is quackery and fraud.  Not only is there no scientific evidence that detox diets work, there's no scientific evidence that the problem they're supposed to solve is real.
