it really depends on the context in which you are using it-but generally it's pictures that are usually used for modeling portfolios. it is a single face shot on front and on the back is your stats (height, weight, etc)

Hey!

A headshot is a photo of your head! Lol! You can show up to your collar bone. It has to be taken by a professional though! You need one if you are entering auditions for acting. Look at this website.. it shows resume & headshot information! I hope this helped!
