HD4me is right thunderheader's are probably the best aftermarket hd pipe out there (unless you want to drop or a 1000$ on a reinhart system) But if you are not after performance almost any aftermarket slip on or pipe will give your bike more growl !!

seriously, if you just want to make it louder, drill some holes in it...

I swapped out my exhaust for better performance and lower weight, not to be louder...

if its to loud your to old!!! But seriously any of the screaming eagle stuff would probably be what your looking for.

Reinhart or Hooker. They both offer changeable baffles.  Just remember this, ANY mods you do will involve 'reburning' the ECU.  That being said, you may as well go Stage 1.  Use an aftermarket (ie. PowerCommander) that you can change with a laptop computer.  H-D will cost you BIG green backs, that's what H-D means.............High Dollar.  

I've got a few Harleys and done mods on carb and injected. My '00 FLHTPi has PowerCommand, SE II muffers and Pro HyperCharger; while my '04 Dyna, which is non-injected, is currently equipped with SE 2-1 Pro, HyperCharger and rejetted.  Both run strong, but the Dyna is LOUD while the bagger has a nice rumble.

Check with other bike owners and listen to their rides. There is a wide range of different pipes and each have their own sound. It is a matter of opinion as to what you want your ride to sound like. What one person likes doesn't mean you'll like it.

I like the sound of either vance & hines, or reinhart pipes. They are a bit louder than stock but not unbearably loud.

Sometimes you can take the baffles out or reverse them in the existing pipes. My FIL did that on his Heritage, made it louder but not too loud. Then when he got his ultraglide he put samsung exhaust on it. It wasn't overly loud either.
