Whats a physical? what do i do there?

your doctor will do basic tests, like having you touch your toes and bend certain ways, and then will do a routine checkup...nothing too serious, no probes, and nothing intrusive

A physical is just a general health check up by your doctor.  Depending on the form they may do urine tests and blood work and an EKG.  Its nothing to be afraid of.

i am pretty sure that it is a doctors appoinment for men, many sports playing men have to get them as a requirerment to see if they r heathly enough to play, hope this helps!!!
