It depends on your age and your college of choice. 28 and 29 are usually pretty good scores while the low 30s are excellent. 35 and 36 are outstanding! Study hard and get the score you want! :)

The national average is about 21, but if you're thinking of elite schools like Penn or Yale, average is about 30+. Pretty good would be mid 20s and up in my opinion.

Average SAT score=1500, ACT=21.

Mid level college scores: SAT: 1800, ACT 26

IVY League:   SAT: 2250, ACT 34+
