  3. No.   The key aspects of a Fascist government are a dictator and AGGRESSIVE NATIONALISM.   In other words, putting the state before all else.

    They are usually marked with Socialist economic systems, especially during WWII, but that's not really a requirement.   How can you prove this?

    Look at the USA, since 9/11.   We live in an aggressively nationalistic country.    Look at how people state with passion how America is BEST....we are the GREATEST, etc.    We go to war, aggressively, over nothing....Iraq and soon, Iran.

    We gave up our founding documents out of fear given to us by the government.

    To answer your question.....it's impossible for a private company to be owned by the government, by definition.   The USA does prove that it is possible for the government to be ran by a bunch of large companies though.
