Whats a really good 4 star hotel in central London. What about restaurants???

I am planning to take my girl firend to London for a weekend at Christmas and would like to know,

a) whats a good 4 start hotel in central london

b) what is a good restaurant to go to (Price range around 50 - 70 quid for the both of us...)

The Cranley Hotel is a nice one, and the Gainsborough Hotel is nice also, those are both 4 star hotels.

I stayed at the Soho Hotel (Richmond Mews) on Friday night and it was fantastic my partner was blown away by the place.

Also just down the road is China Town you should be able to get a meal for you budget there. For a good meal you need to spend alot more. (50-70 each + wine)
