Whats a recipe that has chili peppers in it?

We have a garden and we have these peppers called Super Peppers which are extremely hot. I would like to make something with them and am not sure what to make. Thanx

Thecha:  this is a condiment used with anything really, add some yogurt to decrease the spice.

Ingredients

2 tbsp cooking oil

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp ground garlic

25-30 finely chopped green chillies

1 cup coconut powder

½ tsp sesame seeds

2 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)

juice of 1 lime

Salt to taste

Directions:

Heat the oil in a saute pan till warm Add cumin seeds, ground garlic, chopped green chillies, coconut powder, sesame seeds, and coriander leaves Saute the mix till it becomes like a paste, add the lime juice  and salt to taste. Store in the refrigerator.

fresh salsa or what they call pico de gallo (spelling) use a couple of diced tomatoes, some chopped onion, 1 clove of garlic crushed some salt & pepper & a couple of your chilis & also a little chopped fresh cilantro if desired.  just mix in a bowl & if desired, add a squeeze of lime as well. it is good to eat right away, but if you refridgerate it 1 or more hours the flavors come out a lot more.

you could slice some and put on a burger. you could put some in some chili. you could add some to just about anything that you would like to add a little spice to.
