veterinarian or exotics vet.   here is one that's not real but I like it............  Herpetology..or perhaps Veto

Exotic animal veterinary (a generalist of exotics, ask first to make sure it takes the kind of herp you have)

Herpertological Vet

Or, if you find neither, a herpertologist is usually handy too and well versed in his/her scalies :)
