Whats a restaurant that have mainly Pasta and Shrimp?

I want to take my friend out for his b-day..he loves pasta so want to take some where that have good pasta

Try Carabba's Italian Grill if you have one.  Awesome food.  It's an affiliate of Outback Steakhouse.  Another good one is Bonefish Grill.  Do not go to Red Lobster or Olive Garden if you want truly good food, those are cheap lunch places.  Besides, Carabba's is fairly priced and everything is fresh, not frozen.  And you can't beat the bread, they serve with fresh seasoning with olive oil for dipping and the caesar salad is amazing, the dressing is homemade as well as the croutons.
