Barbados is a good choice, although as a budget traveller, I would not say it's rich although most things in that beautiful country are expensive. Hilton Barbados or Sandy Lane in St. James or Almond Resorts as this one is an all-inclusive one. You have your pick. :)

I have heard about St. Barths being the most expensive. Try Hotel Baie des Anges or better yet Le Sereno (http://www.lesereno.com/?gclid=CPuLzuWHn... ) .
