Whats a ruger 77 rsi mannlicher 30-06 worth?

I have an option to buy a new, in the box , 1994 Ruger 77 rsi Mannlicher in a 30-06 caliber for this deer season. Its never had the bolt put into the action if that helps.All american made too.

That's a very nice rifle.  Grab it up if its not too high.  The last new one I saw for sale was just over a thousand US dollars.
