Whats a stage kiss??

It also refers to a manner of looking like you are kissing without actually kissing.

its when two people kiss only because they have to because they're in a play or movie together, but it doesn't really mean anything between the two actors.

It's a kiss in a play where one character kisses another character.  It doesn't imply that anything romantic is happening between the people playing the characters.

A screen kiss is the same thing, except it happens in the movies or on TV.  No doubt there have been some child actors who got a screen kiss before their first real one!
