lately, with school starting and everything, i have been seriously stressed out. i'm talking SERIOUS. not just 'oh, i have homework,' or 'ahh i like this guy', but more like family problems, abuse problems and AP classes.
i love volleyball to death, but lately i have been sucking because of this stress. I KNOW i can play so well.. but i cant relax when i pass, and the ball shanks. whats a way i can get myself to relax during practice? I need a really good solution- the coach is thinking of moving me down to JV, and isnt playing me in the next game :S (i know i have the ability to play in the next game. I know im good.)
