Whats an amazing photo editor?

I need an editor like the photobucket editor but not online.

Something that can help you edit contrast, brightness, something that can edit out blemishes, sharpen the picture, decorate, rotate, flip, cartoon, popart, greyscale, and other applications!

Adobe's Photoshop, of course!

If you don't want to spend that much, look into its smaller cousin, PS Elements....... very good program and value for money.

If you want something in between those two, you could download the gimp. Not all that pretty, but free. www.gimp.org
