Whats an average cost of a 2 bedroom appartment in Auckland?

How much would a 2 bedroom appartment cost in Auckland, preferably near Papakura or near Unitec.

I would also like to know about the loans and procedures available to buy a new House / Appartment.

Please guide me and tell me how to get the best deals.

Go to www.nzherald.co.nz and look through the properties to rent and for sale in their Classified Advertisements - will give you a good idea of prices.

Incidentally, Papakura is not near Unitec - commuting to Unitec from there by public transport would be time-consuming.  Also be aware that the trip wouldn't be much fun by car either, due to the immense growth in traffic over the last few years.
