  7. bbq them with some oil or butter..yum.

  8. This is a simple recipe that my mom uses at her parties and everyone enjoys them. At every party we make these. They are easy to make and taste great.

    Ingredients:

    2-3 limes

    2 cloves of garlic

Black pepper (how much you prefer)

    Salt (how much you prefer)

    1 pound of shrimp

    half tbsp sugar

    olive oil

    1/4 stick of butter

    How to cook:

Peel shrimp then boil them in water and a bit of olive oil.

When shrimp is completely boiled then pour the water and shrimp into a straining bowl.

Leave shrimp to cool down a bit for at least 10-15minutes.

Prepare marinate while you are waiting.

Juice 2 or 3 limes into a bowl and chop two cloves of garlic into the bowl. Add a bit of olive oil (1 and 1/2 tbsp). Add half tbsp sugar and mix well. If sugar doesn't dissolve then add some more lime juice (taste, if it is good then keep it if not add what you prefer). Put shrimp into bowl with marinate. Make sure all the shrimp is covered in the marinate and cover the bowl with plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. After that take out a pan to satay the shrimp in. Pour in some olive oil and when it starts to sizzle a bit put in the shrimp. Satay and add black pepper and salt to shrimp. Remember to taste and see if you like it. Melt some butter and pour it on top. Cook until the shrimp have a very light brown spot. Butter doesn't have to be evaporated. Serve it in a bowl or plate and add anything you like.
