Whats an easy way to overcome anxiety and develop a sense of humor.?

Well as it stands in 9th grade i dropped out of highschool due to social anxiety. I missed out on the most important years of developing myself,learning how to socialize make a sense of humor,raise my intelligence ect.. Im now 17 starting as a freshman in a community college and i freeze up alot. I once had this group project and made 2 friends in class and they were funny, They mainly laughed about aspects of me kidding around but i wanted to make them laugh too. During all conversations i find nothing to say, i feel i have no humor because i have missed out on high school is there a way to go around this? Is there any hope for me to develop a humor

  1. Just relax!  If you don't take yourself and other things (i.e. not going to high school, thinking you missed out on developing as a person, etc) too seriously, you'll find things a lot funnier ;)
