Emos are just people like everyone else.

Just drowned in our sorrows .. living on this terrible planet called earth =/

A lot of people hate on emos which might make them very insecure ...

us emos dress in black to show the colour of our soul.

we're said to be very dramatic.. but that's not true .. people just have nothing else better to do but hate on us.

a lot of emos do self harm but thats not wat being emo is all about.

Emo is short for EMOTIONAL ... and that's just what we are ...

missunderstood miserable emotional hated emo kids :/

From my understanding,  an emo could be considered as "the punk rock version of the 2000s". They listen to lots of punk rock music and wear tight low rise jeans (as opposed to normal waist tight jeans  the punks from the 1970s and 1980s wore). They usually have a style which is considered less "freaky" and threatning to society than punks in the sense that they don't carry mohawks or anti-social t-shirts like punks do. But many people still consider the emo look to be a faux pas.
