They are served cold - and as far as I can tell they are not cooked.

The filling is fine cabbage, carrot, and glass threads.

and they are served with a sweet sauce.

I only knew of one place in town that had them, and now they are closed. I'd like to learn how to make them, but I dont know what they are really called.

  1. Ahhhhh, yes,

    spring rolls,

    i am vietnamese,

    they are pronounced "Chii Yaa"

    something like that,

    Ok first do this,

    1. Get rice paper (round)

    2. Get the rice paper wet, it should be cold

    3. Lay out the rice paper, put in transparent noodles

I dont know how to explain it English, but they are called Pho Noodles,

    4. Cut the noodles to the rice papers size, Put it in,

    5. Put pork or chicken in there,

    6. Now put cabbage or a lettace

    7. Roll it up, and enjoy it! :)

Oh by the way, im not sure how to make the sauce, Sorry! :(

    Hope this helped ;-)

  3. ...Dim-Sims?

EDIT: Ohhhh, you mean those see-through ones! They're really good! You have to get rice-paper, and lay it out on a board. I think it has to be wet. Now you get these white ride-noodles and put them in the middle of the rice paper. Now grate some carrot and put in some other vegies. Now you wrap it up.

Trust me, homemade ones will probably taste like S**t. Buy them :]

    Xx
