  1. Dressy pants is fine. A business-like dress is also good. As a rule, wear what makes you feel comfortable, and what you think is appropriate. You can not be too dressy when you are targeting a rather low-level (entry level) post. But when you are being interviewed for a fronline position like account managers, account representatives, you should come dressed to show that you have the looks, the personality, and the outfit that will speak highly of you.

  2. dress professionally. this could be a dressy pantsuit, a skirt suit, or just nice clothes (if it's not a suit-type job interveiw).  make sure everything is clean and ironed.  be careful with dresses- many nice/formal dresses are not appropriate work attire! a flouncy sundress is probably not the best choice.

  3. I think you should wear something that you feel comfortable with...is it dress or pants? something that you know you can carry all by yourself while in an interview...Appropriate dress...a formal one...do'nt wear jeans...just be yourself and Good luck!!!

  4. It depends on the company and the job you are applying for.  Normally, a business attire is appropriate for job interviews like skirt (not short or mini) just knee-length, a blouse and a blazer.  Or, you can pair the blouse with pants/slacks.  Colors should be subdued, like black/brown/gray pants and pastel-colored blouses.  However, there are companies that do not demand a formal dress code for applicants.  Example is a call center.  You can wear anything from slacks to jeans to shirts to blouse.

  5. When you go to an interview it's either you choose to be in business casual attire or business formal attire. The business casual attire for women is where you can wear jeans and the top should be a blouse preferrably with collar. The business attire is where you can wear slacks or skirts. The top should be blouse or polo shirt. I hope it could help you to mix and match your wardrobe the next time you will have a job interview. I personally believe that it's still important to look pleasant to the interviewer. Applying for a job is different from going to the malls. You know what I'm sayin? =)

  6. Wear light colored blouse with short sleeves but not a tight one with a tailored pair of pants wherein you will feel more comfortable.  Also wear a short heeled pair of black shoes but not the deadly pointed one although it's in fashion nowadays.

You need to sell yourself so as to pass the interview.  Always sit properly with poise as in do not lean of the back of the chair. Sit up straight and wear only light makeup to help your pores to breath and to prevent you from perspiring.

Furthermore, always wear a smile on your face.  Greet everyone you meet :)

GOOD LUCK!!!!!!  GOD BLESS THE CHILD :)

  7. it doesn't matter as long it shows the best of you. the one that express power or authority over the job you are applying to. Job isn't actually about your personality. its just simply about business unless if its about fashion. Can you do the job or not? you shouldn't asking this kind of questions if you have a strong knowledge about yourself.

  8. Well for me it does matter a lot, that is if you really want the job. There is that old saying in a job interview is the most crucial at the phrase "first impression is key". What some don't realize is how you dress does play a big role on getting the job. You have to dress for what the job entails. I can write a situation down on how important it can be but it will take too long. But to make the long story short the interviewer told me "you think you can do this type of job, you look more like you should be indoors." Just a little note this job was paying 60k a year vs my current job at the time that was only at 36k a year. I got asked this questions a few times until I caught on. So if you've seen other employees in pants then go for it and if you've seen them in dresses then do it. You'll make the hiring manager see you as a perfect fit for the job. Just whatever you do don't show up in jeans. But now I am doing great at six figures with a different look all together and love what I'm doing. Best of luck Kid!
