Whats best for me to do? Either stick with my 98 custom or upgrade?

Should i buy a package gun deal for around 250 which comes with an electric hopper, smart parts ion and 3000 psi tank or anther package which has a used smart parts impulse an electric hopper and 4500 psi tank and cover for the tank for $200 or is it best for me to upgrade my current gun which is a tippman 98 custom pro 20 oz c02 tank and gravity hopper which do you think would be best money wise for me to do im mainly looking for 3 shot burst or single round shot with really good accuracy

It really comes down to what you want your marker to do that it isn't doing now.

If your primary interest is just multi-mode firing, an electromechanical grip upgrade for the 98 is very easy way to get that. If you're looking at an Ion in comparison though, the quiet shots and lower recoil that come from a true electropneumatic design aren't something you will be able to add on as an upgrade to a blowback marker.

Will you be playing WoodsBall or Speedball?

I would suggest an APE E-Grip for the 98C.

Accuracy comes from a good paintball and a good paintball to barrel match to where the paintball can be easily blown out of the barrel but not roll out or get stuck.

I recommend a barrel kit.

A good barrel for those on a budget is a Palmers Brass Barrel.  Its unique bore allows it to fit and accurately shoot differently sized paintballs.
